1. Who we are
This website and the Osney Souza · IA Aplicada brand belong to Osney A. de Souza, based in Joinville (SC), Brazil. By using the website you accept these terms and the privacy policy.
2. The website
The content is informational. Descriptions, prices and timelines may change; what counts is the proposal or the checkout page at the time of purchase. Texts, code and images belong to the author unless stated otherwise and may be quoted with credit and a link.
3. Services and products
- Services are hired through a written proposal with scope, timeline and price.
- Digital products are sold through the payment platforms shown on each product page, which have their own terms.
- For online purchases you may cancel within 7 days of purchase or delivery (Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, art. 49). Each product's guarantee is shown on its page.
- Results depend on each case. We don't promise guaranteed earnings, income, or results by a given date.
4. Publishing tool and social media APIs
Osney A. de Souza uses an in-house tool, for his exclusive use and not offered to third parties, to publish his own videos to his own accounts. It uses the YouTube API Services, TikTok's Content Posting API and the Instagram API.
- By using the features connected to YouTube, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's processing of data follows the Google Privacy Policy.
- Features connected to TikTok and Instagram follow the TikTok Terms of Service and the Instagram Terms of Use.
- What the tool accesses, why, where it is stored, how to revoke access and how to request deletion is explained in section 10 of the privacy policy.
5. Published content
Videos go through a copyright checklist before publishing. Ads and affiliate links are disclosed, and realistic content made or altered with AI carries each platform's label. If you own any material and want it removed, write to the contact below.
6. Liability
The website is provided as is. We are not responsible for failures of third-party services such as hosting, payment and video platforms. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumer protection law gives you.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the last revision is shown at the top of the page.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Brazilian law applies. For consumers, the courts of your place of residence have jurisdiction; otherwise, the courts of Joinville (SC), Brazil.
