01The problem

Building the monthly presentation takes hours: copying numbers from spreadsheets, aligning boxes and redoing charts, always with a risk of error.

02The solution

A Python engine builds the deck from a text outline or a spreadsheet: cover, sections, bullet points, tables, highlight cards, images and footer in your defined visual style. It produces an editable PPTX and a PDF, and the numbers come straight from the sources.

03How it works

01Outline or sheet02Visual template03Numbers checked04PPTX and PDF
  1. Outline or sheet

You write the outline in plain text or point to the spreadsheet with the period's data.

  2. Visual template

Your colors, fonts, logo and layouts are defined once.

  3. Numbers checked

Values are read from the sources and placed on the slide without AI rewriting them.

  4. PPTX and PDF

The deck comes out ready to edit and present, from the command line, an API or the spreadsheet.

The highlighted step checks the result before anything moves on.

04What you gain

  • Hours saved every cycle. Cover, bullets, tables and highlights built automatically.

  • No transcription errors. Values come straight from the spreadsheet or report.

  • An editable file. A standard PPTX that opens in PowerPoint, Google Slides or LibreOffice.
