AI governance that answers your customers' questionnaires, backed by real tests

Inventory, risk classification, accuracy testing and documentation for your AI systems, to answer EU and US customers. Gap assessment, not certification.

01The problem

Companies selling AI-powered software to the EU or the US are starting to get governance questionnaires (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001) and have no inventory, documentation or accuracy measurement to answer them. The deal stalls in the customer's legal review.

02How we solve it

An inventory and risk classification of every AI system; technical evaluation of accuracy, hallucination and robustness with automated tests; logs, human oversight and a transparency notice; documentation generated from the code and the tests; an action plan through the EU AI Act high-risk deadlines (December 2027). This is a gap assessment and preparation: ISO/IEC 42001 certification is done by a certification body.

03How it works

01Inventory02Evaluation03Documentation04Action plan
  1. Inventory

We list the AI systems, what they do and their risk class.

  2. Evaluation

Automated tests measure accuracy, hallucination and robustness.

  3. Documentation

Logs, human oversight and documents are generated from the code and the tests.

  4. Action plan

Gaps against the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 are prioritized by deadline.

The highlighted step is the check: anything that fails the rules goes back for review instead of moving on.

04What changes in practice

  • Deals unblocked. Governance questionnaires answered with evidence, not promises.

  • Measured accuracy. Automated tests show how often the AI gets it wrong, before the customer finds out.

  • A clear plan. Gaps prioritized against the EU AI Act deadlines.

05What you get

  • Inventory of AI systems with risk classification
  • EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001 matrix with gaps
  • Technical evaluation report (accuracy, hallucination, robustness)
  • Templates for the AI use policy and the transparency notice
  • Prioritized action plan

06How the pilot works

Scope
One AI-powered product
Timeline
3 to 4 weeks

What we measure

  • gaps closed
  • evaluation test coverage
  • time to answer a customer questionnaire

Metrics are agreed before we start. With the numbers in hand, you decide whether to move to production.

09Frequently asked questions

How much does an AI governance gap assessment cost?

Every project is quoted after a free assessment, based on scope, volume and the systems involved. You get a fixed-price proposal in writing before any work starts.

How long does an AI governance gap assessment take?

The pilot takes 3 to 4 weeks. Typical scope: one AI-powered product.

Does the EU AI Act apply to companies outside the EU?

It applies to anyone who places AI systems on the European market or whose output is used in the EU, even from abroad. High-risk rules start in December 2027; transparency and AI literacy obligations already apply.

Do you certify against ISO/IEC 42001?

No. We do the gap assessment, the technical evaluation and the documentation; certification is done by a certification body, if the company wants it.
