An EUDR evidence dossier for every shipment, built from your suppliers' plots and documents

Supplier geolocation, forestry documents and certificates read automatically, and an evidence dossier per shipment to sell wood, furniture or coffee to the EU.

01The problem

From 30 December 2026, large and medium EU operators can only place wood, furniture, leather, pulp, coffee, soy or beef on the market with the geolocation of the production plot and proof that no deforestation happened after 2020. Suppliers who can't deliver the dossier lose the order.

02How we solve it

A geospatial database (PostGIS) holds suppliers and plot polygons; AI reads invoices, Brazilian forest transport permits (DOF), management plans and certificates (FSC, PEFC); every batch is linked to its supplier and plot of origin; rules check inbound and outbound volumes and overlaps with deforestation maps; the system assembles the evidence package for each shipment so the importer can file the due diligence statement.

03How it works

01Suppliers andplots02Documents03Checks04Dossier
  1. Suppliers and plots

Suppliers and the polygons of their production areas go into a geospatial database.

  2. Documents

AI reads invoices, forest transport permits, management plans and certificates.

  3. Checks

Rules check volumes, overlaps with deforestation maps and document validity.

  4. Dossier

Each shipment gets its evidence package for the importer's due diligence statement.

The highlighted step is the check: anything that fails the rules goes back for review instead of moving on.

04What changes in practice

  • Orders keep shipping. Every shipment leaves with its dossier ready for the EU importer.

  • Problems caught early. Volume mismatches, overlapping plots and expired documents show up before loading.

  • Less manual work. Documents are read and linked to batches automatically, not copied into spreadsheets.

05What you get

  • Geolocated register of suppliers and plots
  • Routine that assembles the dossier for each order
  • Exception dashboard (volume, plot, expired document)
  • Training for the export team

06How the pilot works

Scope
One European customer and one product line
Timeline
4 to 6 weeks

What we measure

  • share of orders with a complete dossier
  • time to assemble a dossier
  • exceptions found before shipping

Metrics are agreed before we start. With the numbers in hand, you decide whether to move to production.

09Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to set up EUDR dossiers for exports?

Every project is quoted after a free assessment, based on scope, volume and the systems involved. You get a fixed-price proposal in writing before any work starts.

How long does it take to have EUDR dossiers ready?

The pilot takes 4 to 6 weeks. Typical scope: one European customer and one product line.

When does the EUDR apply?

On 30 December 2026 for large and medium operators and on 30 June 2027 for micro and small ones, according to the European Commission. Suppliers of large importers need the dossier for their 2027 shipments.

Do you issue a deforestation-free certificate?

No. We build the evidence dossier (geolocation, documents and checks); the due diligence statement belongs to the EU importer, and certifications such as FSC and PEFC are issued by certification bodies.
